Storyline
The storyline of The Lost Boys is separated into two concepts: Boyhood and Manhood. We follow a group of five boys from childhood playtime to the realities of growing up, exploring their relationships with each other and the world.
Le Petit Prince.
The Court Jester.
The Knight (Intern).
The Shipwrecked Pirate.
The Confused Cowboy.
Inspired by stage costume, questions of identity & hierarchy, and the yearning for childhood wonder, The Lost Boys reflects the personal changes of the past, present, and future.
Character Styling
The youngest. Most adored and doted on. He calls the shots. Attached to the Knight (Intern), oblivious to the Court Jester’s affection.
Le Petit Prince
The Court Jester
The middle child. Would go to the ends of the Earth to keep a smile on le Petit Prince. The ultimate “childhood best friend”.
The Knight (Intern)
The eldest. Righteous and wise (in the eyes of the Boys). The role model who will always protect the youngest. The ex-gifted child who overvalues external validation.
The Shipwrecked Pirate
The second eldest. Often overshadowed. The most passionate (and reactive) of the group. Constant power struggle with the Knight (Intern).
The Confused Cowboy
The second youngest. Strong desire to fit in, but still trying to figure out who he is and what he stands for. Timid and unsure. The social chameleon.
